For two decades, we’ve worked alongside hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the state – placing pharmacists and technicians, credentialing nurses, and staffing the caregivers who keep Nevada’s healthcare system running. We launched Access Healthcare PCA – our Nevada DHHS-licensed Personal Care Attendant division – because we saw firsthand what families needed and knew we had the team, the standards, and the heart to deliver it. We are woman-owned, Las Vegas-based, and committed to bringing the same professionalism we built over 20 years directly into your loved one’s home.

Esosa Igbinovia, Esq. is the President and founder of Access Healthcare PCA, the home care division of Access Healthcare Staffing & Recruitment Inc. A Nevada-licensed attorney with international bar admissions and a seasoned business executive, Esosa has led Access Healthcare since 2016 – building it into a trusted healthcare staffing agency across the Las Vegas Valley before launching the PCA division to bring that same expertise and standards directly into clients’ homes. Her background in regulatory compliance and corporate governance means families can trust that Access Healthcare PCA is run with the same rigor and care she brings to everything she does.
